Summary
Job Title: SEN Primary Teacher
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Pay: £140 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term opportunities available
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting SEN Primary Teachers to support specialist provisions and mainstream primary schools across Norwich.
We are seeking passionate teachers who have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
The Role
- Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEN
- Support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and support staff
- Monitor and adapt learning strategies to support pupil progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN (mainstream or specialist settings)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
