Ideal Candidate: - Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. - Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner. - Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. - Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families. Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room. - Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children. - Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration. - Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents. - Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children. - Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
