Summary
The Role
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator with specific experience in a baby room. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a nurturing team where the well-being of both children and staff is a top priority.
Flexible Working Options:
3-Day Week: 30 hours
4-Day Week: 37–40 hours
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of babies.
Support infants through key milestones, including weaning.
Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Observe and document children’s progress, maintaining strong communication with parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
Requirements
Qualification: Level 3 or above in Childcare (Full and Relevant).
Experience: Previous experience working within a baby room setting.
Certification: Paediatric First Aid (or a willingness to complete this before employment begins).
Skills: Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and a genuine love for working with young children.
DBS: An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service is required.
