Summary

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday
Salary: Grade 1B - £ 58,916 - £63,717 (5% employer pension contribution,

bank holidays)
Location: Contractually based from our Manchester Office, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval. Regular travel to programmes in the North West and occasional travel to other areas, as required.

Role Summary
Building on the growth of Right to Succeed, we are looking for a Director to lead our approach to Data, Learning, Evaluation and Partnerships; supporting the success of our Programmes within local communities while aligning with the strategic vision and objectives of the organisation.
Overseeing some of our Programme Infrastructure teams, this role is instrumental in ensuring that our programme delivery is underpinned by robust data, effective partnerships, and a culture of continuous learning and evaluation. The successful role holder will drive the strategic direction of our approach to monitoring, evaluation and learning, processes to manage our extensive network of partners and the effective deployment of technology to support our programme teams.
Working closely with the Executive Director (Impact & Programme Infrastructure) and the wider Leadership Team, the Director (Insight & Partnerships) will ensure that the learning generated from our delivery programmes and Quality Assurance / Continuous Improvement (QA/CI) projects is systematically captured, analysed, and embedded across the organisation to refine our approach to community-led, place-based change
