This role involves working alongside Healthcare Support Workers across the Children's Hospital to support their training and development. You will be working as part of the Children's Hospital Education Team and your primary goal will be to meet the learning needs of the different inpatient and outpatient departments.

The main responsibilities of the role include;
Assisting with workplace training, pastoral support and assessment of support workers.
Assisting with the planning, delivery and evaluation of support worker training.
Facilitating specified training sessions supporting individual and group-based learning
