Experienced Staff Nurse – Dementia Nursing Home (Lichfield Area)
We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team at a 48-bed Dementia Nursing Home in the Lichfield area. This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will be responsible for:
Ensuring the highest standards of care for each service user
Leading and supporting the care home team during shifts
Managing the care home environment effectively
Carrying out comprehensive assessments and developing care plans
Involving residents, families, and healthcare professionals in care decisions
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing of residents
About You
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
Proven experience within a care home setting (desirable)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Ability to work flexibly across days and nights
