Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures
Assist with the assembly off portable buildings
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Support the team in meeting daily production targets
Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report any machinery faults or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
