Summary
Service Service is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business in Great Yarmouth seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their team. This is a hands-on role working with a range of materials in a professional workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out TIG and MIG welding on aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel
• Prepare materials including cleaning, grinding and fitting components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
• Maintain welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organised
• Record welding activities, materials used and weld settings
About You
• Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding across multiple materials
• Strong understanding of welding and fabrication safety standards
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and quality of workmanship
• Reliable team player with a professional attitude
