Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Hednesford.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering stable day shifts and long-term work within a busy production environment.
What’s on Offer
Up to £12.21 per hour
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:00pm
40 hours per week
Temporary to permanent opportunity

The Role
As a Factory Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Using power tools safely and effectively
Carrying out basic assembly duties
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Supporting general production tasks
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
The Candidate
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
Have experience using hand and power tools
Have previous factory or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
Are reliable and punctual
Can work efficiently as part of a team
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
