Summary

Barnardo's is working with Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) to implement a new service to reduce inequalities within Maternity Services.

Maternity, Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVP) will need to include and listen well to women, birthing people and families from those backgrounds which tend to experience poorer outcomes, including black, Asian and ethnic minority women and women from deprived areas.

As the MNVP lead a key area of focus will be to consider how we can best reach groups who are marginalised and how we can co-produce with these communities in a way which is meaningful and authentic to them.

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of this programme of work, delivering fast pace, high-quality practice and driving the programme with appropriate externally partners.

This role is to work across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire within local hospitals.
