Summary
We are a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality washers (fasteners), known for our precision, reliability, and commitment to excellence. As a growing business, we pride ourselves on our skilled team and supportive working environment. We are looking for a Press Shop Operator to join our small team of experts. This is a hands-on role working within our production environment, where you will be responsible for operating heavy presses and contributing to the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include: Operating heavy press machinery safely and efficiently, perform blanking and holing of washers to required specifications, maintain consistent quality standards throughout production, follow all health and safety procedures, work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, hard-working, reliable, and eager to learn, strong attention to detail, good attitude and willingness to be part of a team, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
