Summary
Job Description – This role is for 16 hours per week.
Flexibility for 15 to 20 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with work hours between 8am and 4pm.
The role will be to support a neurodivergent parent, in their early 30s with a nursery aged child.
No personal hygiene care involved with this role.
The role requires assisting with timekeeping and organising daily routine, managing household cleaning, ensuring medication is taken and meals are planned, prepared and occasional assistance with cooking.
The role will be to facilitate and provide support in leaving the house, especially with nursery attendance, shopping and appointments.
Work hours to be focused on morning nursery drop-off support, with a once-per-week Wednesday 4pm finish to assist with workplace attendance, this can involve split-shift and coordinating with successful employees availability.
Previous experience with Autism or ADHD is ideal but candidates with understanding and a friendly, organised personality is most important.
A full driving license is desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS application. This will be funded by the employer.
