Operations / Warehouse Team Leader - £36K, which would increase to £38K after probation + benefits - M8
To support the Operations Manager in delivering the safe, efficient, and effective day-to-day running of the Operations function. The Operations Team Leader is responsible for ensuring operational targets, service levels, and deadlines are consistently met for both UK and Export orders through strong leadership, effective planning, and hands-on management of the Operations Co ordinator and Warehouse Operatives.
Daily duties will include: Lead and manage warehouse activities to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and in full.
Ensure resources are effectively planned and deployed to maximise productivity across all operational areas.
Proactively resolve operational issues, minimising disruption and maintaining service levels.
Support accurate stock management, ensuring systems and processes for inbound and outbound stock are followed and maintained
Hours of work are 07:30 – 17:00. Monday to Friday
