Our client, a well-established main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, is looking to recruit a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

Duties:
- As a Service Advisor, act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service.
- Manage customer bookings and vehicle servicing schedules efficiently
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Upsell additional services and accessories where appropriate
- Complete required documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support the workshop team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional manner
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to learn about automotive processes and products
- Trainee Service Advisors with a background in customer service are encouraged to apply; automotive experience not essential.
