Summary
We are representing a reputable automotive dealership in Erdington, Birmingham, seeking to appoint an experienced Car Sales Executive.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent package for motivated sales professionals looking to progress their career within a dynamic, customer-centric environment. The Car Sales Executive role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in automotive sales, capable of delivering exceptional customer service whilst achieving strong sales targets.

Duties of this Car Sales Executive position include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommending suitable options as a Car Sales Executive
- Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Building and maintaining rapport with clients to maximise sales opportunities
- Developing new business through prospecting and networking efforts
- Supporting the team to achieve dealership sales targets
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused experience at all stages
- Keeping updated on current vehicle stock, features, and industry developments
Requirements for this Car Sales Executive role:
- At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A motivated, positive attitude towards sales and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months (to qualify for company vehicle)
- You should provide detailed relevant experience, skills, and achievements when applying.
