Our client, a well-established family-run automotive dealership in Ipswich, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their professional team. This is a valuable opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to work with award-winning brands in a supportive and friendly environment. The ideal Parts Advisor will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards within the parts department.

Duties of the Parts Advisor:
- Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
- Managing parts stock levels and inventory to ensure availability
- Assisting technicians and the service team with parts queries and requirements
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining high standards of stock control and departmental organisation
- Supporting the ongoing development of the parts department and team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and related systems
- Professional, friendly, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities
