What skills and experience we're looking for
In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include supervising children either in the lunch hall or other areas in the school, whilst they are eating lunch or taking part in lunchtime activities. Clearing spillages, cleaning tables and chairs and tidying away these items that are used during the lunch break as directed. You will play a key role in supporting the aims, ethos and values of the school and ensure that they are followed by children in line with school policy. Being able to communicate effectively with children and maintain strong relationships with colleagues within the school is essential.
