Leadership Experience
We are open to applications from outstanding teachers who are not currently in a headship role.
The candidate should have an NPQH Certificate or be within this training programme.
Following the retirement of our successful and well respected Headteacher Lorna Legg, the governors of Offwell Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate Headteacher to lead our team.
The successful candidate will help inspire and continue to improve pupil achievement, wellbeing and a lifelong love of learning as the school enters its next exciting chapter:
• Someone who can communicate well and maintain our strong community links.
• Who is capable, enthusiastic, supportive and approachable, with the energy to encourage growth within our team.
• A good role model with potential for the future who will support our vision, Christian ethos and Values of the school.
