Summary

Join our friendly team at Kier Places where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for our MOJ and Home Office Contract. As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll provide essential administrative support for our operational and office-based teams, helping us deliver excellent service to our clients.
What will you be responsible for?As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Customer Support team, supporting them in delivering our agreed service levels. Your day to day will include:
-Managing work orders - including raising, allocating, monitoring and completing orders for reactive works
-Communicating effectively with both internal and external customers
-Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery
-Providing administrative support to Contract Managers
-Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and processed
