Are you a dedicated IT support professional with a passion for healthcare and food services? We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable First Line Support Specialist to join our Healthcare division, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for food applications.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our Systems Support Mobilisation team to ensure seamless setup, deployment, and training of new systems, as well as provide ongoing support for all mobilisations and tender wins. Additionally, you will play a key part in implementing and supporting new systems across our healthcare sites, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiency and excellence in service delivery. What You'll Do:

  • Support the mobilisation and deployment of Saffron and other systems to successful tender gains, including data collection, system setup, and post go live support
  • Act as First Line Support by applying data changes, resolving or escalating queries from estate teams, and providing subject matter expertise to ensure system effectiveness
  • Regularly review system data for accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing system integrity
  • Collaborate with Patient Dining and SKU rationalisation teams to optimise system use and achieve operational targets
  • Identify and implement simplified working methods and assess the effectiveness of system modules for continuous improvement
  • Support system updates by liaising with system owners and delivering targeted training to key personnel
  • Ensure all data changes are made promptly, and operational manuals are kept up to date to reflect system enhancements

What You Bring:

  • Illustrate proficiency in both verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to identify individual training preferences and deliver accordingly
  • Organisational skills to meet and exceed expectations for data updates
  • Strong working knowledge of the system and operational food management processes
  • ⁠A willingness to commit additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload and/or mobilisations
