Are you passionate about great products, building relationships, and driving sales in store? We're partnering with a leading global FMCG brand in the healthy snacking space that's on a mission to inspire small moments of kindness through great tasting products.
They're looking for an energetic Field Brand Representative to join their growing team and help drive sales, brand visibility, and in-store excellence across a South West London territory.

The Role
As a Field Brand Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth at store level within your assigned territory. You'll ensure the brand maintains a best-in-class presence in store, executing activation plans and building strong relationships with store teams.
You'll also work closely with brand ambassadors, field sales teams, and external agencies to maximise campaign impact and drive availability.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management- Plan and manage sales activities across an assigned portfolio of stores
- Maximise store coverage and efficiency through structured visit plans
- Ensure each store receives regular visits and follow-ups
- Grow sales across the territory by improving:
- Compliance with head office agreements
- Product availability
- Incremental orders
- Secondary product placements
- Build strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues
- Engage regional managers where possible to drive further opportunities
- Act as a trusted partner to stores in your territory
- Gather and report insights on:
- Competitive activity
- Customer feedback
- Market trends
- Retailer updates
- Maintain accurate visit records using the company reporting platform
- Track activity and performance against objectives
- Submit sales reports accurately and on time
- Work closely with:
- Other Field Sales Representatives
- Brand Ambassador teams
- The wider grocery sales team
- External field sales partners
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their territory effectively
- Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Entrepreneurial attitude and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confident negotiating and influencing store colleagues and managers
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
- Strong data tracking and analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Daily access to a personal car and a clean driving licence (required for the SW London territory)
- Experience in field sales, sales, business development, or marketing
- Experience within FMCG or retail environments
