The OpportunityAre you a Senior Engineer ready to take the next step into leadership, or an established Supervisor looking for a role within a company that values engineering pride?
We're is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the technical delivery at one of our prestigious commercial sites in London.
The RoleAs the Site Supervisor, you will be the technical lead on-site, balancing hands-on engineering with the management of a dedicated team. You will lead from the front, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical services are maintained to an impeccable standard while serving as the primary point of contact for our client.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of multi-skilled engineers, overseeing the delivery of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.

Service Excellence: Maintain 100% operational uptime for critical building plant including AHUs, FCUs, LV distribution, and BMS systems.

Client Engagement: Build a strong, trust-based relationship with the Building Manager, providing daily updates and attending regular progress meetings.

Compliance & Safety: Authorise and review site-specific RAMS and issue Permits to Work; ensure the site logbooks and compliance folders are kept in an audit-ready, "immaculate" condition.

Commercial Support: Identify and scope remedial works and small projects, providing technical specifications to assist in the quoting process.

CAFM Management: Manage the allocation and closure of tasks via the CAFM system, ensuring all data is accurate and KPIs are consistently met.
We are looking for an engineer who takes genuine pride in their work and possesses a "corporate" mindset suitable for high-end London office environments.
Technical Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.

Regulations: 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (for electrical bias) or relevant HVAC/Mechanical certifications.

Experience: Proven background in high-spec commercial maintenance, ideally within a "Landlord & Tenant" or corporate HQ environment.

Leadership: Prior experience in a Lead Engineer or Supervisory capacity is essential.
