Your new role
As a Solicitor in the Housing Management team, you will work closely with registered social landlords and local authority clients across Wales and England. You will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of housing and tenancy matters, including:

  • Tenancy enforcement relating to anti‑social behaviour, nuisance and criminal activity
  • Defending disrepair claims
  • Advising on homelessness matters
  • Navigating changes introduced by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016
  • Preparing court documents and attending hearings
  • Negotiating with other parties and delivering clear, practical client advice
  • Supervising Paralegals and contributing to the wider team's development

This role offers the opportunity to specialise in a niche and respected area of law, while benefiting from strong support and clear progression pathways.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with NQ-4 years' PQE and a strong interest in advocacy and litigation. Any litigation background would be considered, and the role may suit criminal or personal injury lawyers looking for a change of direction.
