We’re working with a well-established holiday home manufacturer in Hull who are looking for a Production Line Manager to oversee their production teams and support Team Leaders on the factory floor.

  What You’ll Be DoingLi

  • Manage and motivate production teams on the factory floor

    
    

  • Support and guide Team Leaders to achieve targets and high-quality builds

    
    

  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and H&S procedures are met

    
    

  • Monitor workflow and build processes

    
    

  • Read and work from technical drawings

    
    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous supervisory or production management experience, ideally in caravans, holiday homes, or modular manufacturing

      
      

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

      
      

    • Ability to read technical drawings

      
      

    • Good computer skills

      
      

    • Adaptable, hands-on, and proactive approach
