As Bar Supervisor, you will bring personality, flair and leadership to the team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional experience from start to finish. With the guest journey at the heart of everything we do, you will lead by example and help create memorable moments for our guests time and time again.
This is a full time role that involves working 40 hours over 5 days to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
What the role involves
• Leading and motivating the team from the front with confidence, positivity and energy
• Supporting management in directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service from opening through to close
• Creating and serving drinks to the highest standard, following specifications while responding to guest preferences
• Working collaboratively with the bar and kitchen teams to maintain the quality and consistency of both food and drinks
• Delivering outstanding service and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience
What you will bring to the role
• Experience working within a premium or high-end bar environment
• A warm, genuine personality with the ability to put guests instantly at ease
• Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to make things happen
• A strong focus on guest service and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and late finishes
