NOW HIRING: Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers - General Haulage (Curtain Sider)
Location: South Park Industrial Estate, Scunthorpe
We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, professional Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) drivers to join our general haulage operation.
About the Role- Curtain sider work - general haulage
- Days only - no nights out
- Shifts between 06:00-18:00
- Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
- Up to 5 drops per day (multidrop)
- Local, regional & occasional national deliveries
- Ongoing work available with occasional ad‑hoc shifts
- Load securing, strapping, daily vehicle checks & paperwork
- Class 1: £14.00 per hour
- Class 2: £13.50 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence
- Minimum 2 years' driving experience
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- No DD, CU, DR or DN endorsements
- CPC & Digital Tachograph
- Curtain sider experience preferred
- Reliable, professional and safety‑focused attitude
- Weekly pay
- Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift
- Day shifts only
- Ongoing & ad‑hoc opportunities
