Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Publicly Funded Family Solicitor to join a well-established legal firm offering a broad range of legal services to both personal and commercial clients.

As a Publicly Funded Family Solicitor, you will be managing a caseload of Legal Aid family matters under supervision.

This role offers a salary ofup to £45,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

- Handling care proceedings and Children Act cases

- Managing domestic violence and injunction matters

- Overseeing emergency protection applications

- Conducting applications under the Family Law Act

- Liaising with CAFCASS, social services, and expert witnesses

What we are looking for

- Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Family law Solicitor, Legal Aid Solicitor,Publicly Funded Family Solicitor or in a similar role.

- Be a newly qualified solicitor or have 3 years' PQE.

- Possess experience in publicly funded family law

- Competent in managing Legal Aid matters from instruction to conclusion

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently

- Advocacy experience is desirable
