About the Role:
Our agency is currently recruiting for flexible and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Barnet. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning. Both short-term and longer-term opportunities may be available.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Follow the lesson plans provided by the school where applicable.
Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners.
Ensure pupils remain engaged and complete set work.
Provide feedback to school staff following lessons.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (essential).
Previous experience teaching in UK primary schools.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
