About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a primary school in Ealing supporting pupils with additional learning needs. This is a rewarding role where you will provide tailored support to help students succeed in their education.
Candidates should ideally have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN.
Assist the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
Support pupils with communication, behaviour, and engagement.
Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements
Valid Enhanced DBS certificate (essential).
Experience supporting children with SEN (preferred).
Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
