Summary

Maintenance Officer (Temporary - 2-3 Months)

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer for a temporary contract for 2-3 months. The role can be offered full-time or 3-4 days per week, depending on availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day reactive repairs

• Carrying out property inspections

• Supporting the management of void properties when required

• Taking a fabric-first approach to maintenance and repairs

• Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housing maintenance is essential

• Strong understanding of repairs and property upkeep within a housing environment

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
