Summary
As Employment Coach at Gloucestershire, you’ll play a vital role in shaping students’ futures by sourcing and coordinating high-quality work placements, including T Level industry opportunities. You’ll build strong employer partnerships, ensure full compliance and accurate reporting, prioritise health and safety, and provide tailored support before, during and after placements, helping students develop the skills, confidence and experience they need to succeed.
About You:
Excellent communications skills working in a customer service environment.
Experience of working with young people 16-18
Willingness to undertake Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training
