Summary
Experienced Window Sales Processor/Administrator
Location: Kirkintilloch
Competitive Salary/ Depending Age/ Experience
Monday & Friday - 15 hrs p/w
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented experienced Window Sales Processor Administrator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with administrative tasks, and has experience in estimating and window processing.
Main Duties (include but are not limited to):
Processing orders and supporting administrative functions.
Preparing accurate quotations for installation projects.
Liaising with suppliers and clients.
Handling trade customer enquiries.
Assisting with estimating and window order processing.
Additional Duties:
Dealing with the public in a professional manner.
Booking appointments and taking incoming calls.
Managing stock levels.
Taking deliveries and organising storage.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills.
Effective and professional communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
