You'll be joining committed SEN teams who work collaboratively to help every young person thrive.
Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Support Assistant, your role may involve:
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small‑group support
- Assisting pupils with personalised learning programmes
- Supporting emotional regulation and social communication
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
- Encouraging positive behaviour and routines in the classroom

What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- Calm, patient and dependable
- Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
- Keen to learn strategies for autism, SEMH and communication support

- Experienced supporting individuals with SEN (school or non-school settings)
Desirable (Not Essential)
- GCSE/O‑Level qualifications or equivalent
- A driving licence (useful for certain school locations around Kettering)
