About the role
Source Supply is seeking to appoint a dedicated full-time Nursery Teacher (FS1) to join a small and welcoming primary school in the Chesterfield area. This role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about early years education.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and a genuine passion for supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their development. They will be committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
The school takes great pride in its close-knit community, where both pupils and staff feel valued, supported, and proud to be part of a positive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
