We are seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality electrical and building services maintenance across a range of client properties within the designated region.

The role involves electrical fault finding, repairs, PPM, reactive tasks, and installation works to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently. You will be key in providing a world‑class and consistent maintenance service for all stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for an engineer who can confidently manage electrical responsibilities while also supporting wider building services activities including mechanical, HVAC, and fabric-related tasks.​

The successful candidate will represent the company professionally, exceed customer expectations, and ensure all work complies with agreed standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive maintenance tasks within set timeframes.

Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installation work across client sites.

Support building services duties including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance.

Provide callout cover as part of the agreed callout rota.

Undertake contractor control duties and monitor workmanship, including issuing Permits to Work.

Ensure electrical equipment performs to the required safety and performance standards.

Maintain equipment and surrounding areas to meet company and client standards.

Represent the business professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Significant experience in reactive and planned building services maintenance.

Background in FM or building services within commercial environments.

NVQ 2356 / 2357 and NVQ 2356 AM2, OR

City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation OR AM1 and AM2, OR

City & Guilds 236/2360 Electrical Installations Parts 1 & 2, AND

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Preferred Qualifications / Additional Skills

Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship.

City & Guilds 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing).

JIB accreditation.

IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
