The Business Development (BD) Coordinator will coordinate and contribute to the business development activity in Dimensions, working closely with the Tenders & Bids Team, Referrals Team and BD Managers.

The responsibilities include supporting tender submissions; acting as the first point of contact for all new enquiries relating to new business opportunities for the Group; compiling reports on the team's performance; and maintaining databases of relevant information.

We're pleased to offer two exciting opportunities for Business Development Coordinators, created through a recent team restructure and internal promotions.

The first role is 30 hours a week. The full time salary is £28,573, pro-rata £22,858.40

The second opportunity 18.75 hours a week. The full time salary is £28,573, pro-rata £14,286.50

About the role

Your main duties will include:

- Assist the Tenders & Bids team with the project management/coordination of tender submissions and presentations.

- Support the Referral & Assessment Managers where in management of Referrals and Call Offs, including but not limited to maintenance of Trackers, requesting and sharing information through portals, submitting EOI's and proposals.

- Ensuring that for all opportunities the information is filtered as per agreed parameters, seeking out clarification or further information where required and forwarding relevant opportunities to colleagues.

- Working as a team to manage the tender 'portals', including: identifying suitable opportunities, registering an interest, downloading documents, responding to and updating clarifications, and uploading submissions.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

- Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and process information quickly

- Able to communicate effectively at all levels (both orally and in writing) and to build effective working relationships internally and externally.

- Strong IT Skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in completion of documents
