Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Head of HR Projects to lead the design and delivery of strategic people‑focused initiatives across the University. This is a pivotal role for a confident change leader who excels in project management, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of major HR projects that align with our University strategy ‘Innovating to Enrich Lives’.
  • Drive change management activity, ensuring clear communication, engagement and adoption across the University.
  • Utilise your expert employee relations knowledge to provide advice on organisational development, workforce planning and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR colleagues to ensure project outcomes are well‑governed and effectively implemented.
  • Use data, insights and best practice to inform decision‑making and enhance project outcomes.
