Summary
Join our flexible pool of casual staff who step in to support blood collection teams whenever needed, often at short notice. You don’t need medical experience—just a warm, adaptable approach to helping donors feel comfortable and valued. You’ll assist with welcoming donors, managing refreshments, handling equipment and blood bags, and setting up or taking down kit, sometimes in different locations and on varied shifts. Training is provided, and all you need is confidence with people plus basic literacy and numeracy skills.
