Summary
Please see job description of full responsibilities. Provide support to specialist areas within Centralised Outpatients. Completion of specific competencies to support specialist clinics. Ongoing development of knowledge and skills in order to maintain competence. Setting up clinics to meet the requirements of the service. Maintaining a safe, clean environment in line with IPC requirements. Maintains effective communication with patients, carers, relatives and staff. Participate in programmes of in-service training as required. Chaperoning of patients as required. Establish and maintain good relationships with patients, carers and staff alike. Use of digital technology that supports the Outpatient services. Safe use of equipment required to support Outpatient activity.
