Summary
Provide assurance that the Trust maintains a warranted environment that is fit for purpose. Including both hardware and the change control of device images. To support D&I Problem Management functions. Product expert for all client related tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Imprivata OneSign, antivirus, Intune. Ensure these systems are kept up to date and fit for purpose. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and will change as other systems come online. Technical assessment and approval of hardware variation need stemming from requestsreceived by Procurement. Input into device initiatives and strategies such as BYOD. Printer Management. To monitor fault logs and address any issues that might arise. To ensure all client documentation is kept up to date and published in the correct format.
