Summary

About the Team

Our Community Resource Centres (CRCs) in Bath and Midsomer Norton provide vital residential care services to older adults with a range of needs, including dementia and physical disabilities.

Combe Lea CRC in Midsomer Norton is a warm and welcoming care home where our dedicated team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. We foster a supportive environment that values compassion, dignity, and respect.

About the Role

We are seeking a Nights Care Assistant to join our team at Combe Lea on a permanent, part-time basis. You will play a key role in supporting residents to maintain their independence and enjoy meaningful daily experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Building professional, respectful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Supporting residents with daily activities and personal care.
Promoting independence through tailored support and engagement.
Operating care equipment safely following training.
You’ll be part of a committed team that delivers care to the standard we would expect for our own families.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to quality care.
Has experience in care (desirable), or transferable skills from sectors such as nursing, learning disabilities, or healthcare.
Is passionate about empowering others in a supportive environment.
