This role has been designed for someone who enjoys technical problem‑solving, data handling and improving digital workflows. You will support the WEEE Product Manager and wider regulatory team by using your digital capability to streamline processes, transform and interpret large datasets, and strengthen our ability to identify non‑compliance and maintain a level playing field.

In this role, you will:

Use advanced Excel (including formulas, Power Query and macros) to manage, cleanse and interrogate complex data.
Support the development and improvement of digital tools used across the regime, including SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
Work closely with the Product Manager to test system changes, capture user requirements and support continuous improvement.
Contribute to process and workflow improvements, ensuring digital activities meet data governance and regulatory standards.
Work with internal and external customers to resolve data issues and communicate clear technical and regulatory guidance.
Support financial tasks, including monitoring spend and assisting with procurement activities.
Responding to incidents is a central part of what the EA does, and you can be part of that response, either directly or through business continuity support. Full training and alternative working arrangements will be available, and roles may attract additional payment. Please see the candidate pack for further information.
