What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work:39 Hours Per Week - 07:00 - 19:00

• Provide high-quality support to residents in a person-centred manner
• Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
• Lead and support junior staff to ensure best practice are followed
• Help develop care plans and support the management team in implementing them
• Maintain accurate records and promote a safe and positive environment

Am I the right person for this Support Worker job?

• Proven experience in a Support Worker role
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• MUST hold a full UK Driving License (and can drive a mobility van)
• Passionate about making a difference in peoples lives
