Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plant operators and site teams
- Learn to safely operate an articulated dump truck under supervision
- Help transport materials such as soil, aggregates, and waste around the site
- Carry out basic daily machine checks and assist with maintenance
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Strong interest in construction and plant machinery
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Full UK driving licence required
