A successful, profitable, and growing IT / ICT Managed Services provider is expanding and is hiring an Account Director to lead, grow, and deepen its presence across the hotel and hospitality sector.
The business is ambitious, well run, commercially strong, and known for excellent staff retention, a positive culture, a do it now mindset, and a genuine customer-first approach.
This is a senior commercial role owning the full vertical. You’ll shape the strategy, lead key relationships, drive new business, and develop an Account Executive who supports the growth plan. It’s a role for someone who wants to build something meaningful - not simply inherit an existing book of business.
Essential Experience
To be considered, you must have:
Proven experience managing and growing IT / ICT MSP services for hotel or hospitality clients (your CV must clearly show this experience and your relevant achievements).
Be currently based in the UK with the right to work.
A track record in a senior commercial or strategic account role.
Confidence operating at director/owner level within hospitality.
Experience mentoring or managing commercial team members.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the commercial strategy for the hotel and hospitality vertical.
Manage and grow strategic accounts across the hotel and hospitality sector.
Win new hospitality clients and expand existing relationships.
Oversee complex commercial negotiations.
Support, direct, and develop an Account Executive.
Maintain strong forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
