Summary

We are seeking a confident and welcoming Customer Services Assistant to be the first point of contact in our Residential care Village. This is a key front of house role supporting residents, families, visitors, and professionals.

Key Duties
• Greeting and assisting residents and visitors at reception
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Monitoring CCTV and reporting concerns
• Managing tasks effectively and prioritising in busy or emergency situations
• Completing administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
About You
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to stay calm and organised under pressure
• Flexible and willing to support the wider team
