Our client is one of the UK’s largest eCommerce sellers of car parts, an eight-figure business and they are building a newly formed senior management team
This role will work closely with the Managing Director from day one, giving you the opportunity to be involved in key decisions and help shape how the business scales

As an ECommerce Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Managing and maintaining accurate product, stock, and pricing data across systems and spreadsheets
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports covering sales, margins, stock health, and operational performance
• Analysing trends, anomalies, and underperforming SKUs to produce actionable insights
• Supporting demand forecasting and stock planning using Excel models
• Conducting competitor analysis and keyword research to inform product and listing optimisation
• Working with the Managing Director to implement improvements and track their impact on revenue, costs, and service levels
We’re looking for an ECommerce Manager, with the following skills and experience…
• Experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or operations analysis is desirable, with a focus on data and keyword optimisation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and handling large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to turn data into practical recommendations
• Experience building reports or dashboards that help track and improve business performance
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple reporting cycles and improvement projects
• Confident communicator who can explain data clearly to non-technical colleagues
In return, the successful ECommerce Manager will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, plus the following benefits…
