Summary

Protocol Education is currently recruiting a SEND Learning Support Mentor to join a specialist school in Southend. This full-time role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD, helping them access learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.

This role would suit individuals from backgrounds such as healthcare, social care, residential support, or those with personal experience supporting individuals with SEND. Previous school experience is not essential - the school values candidates who are empathetic, reliable and proactive. You should also feel comfortable assisting with personal care where required.
