Job Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing digital promotion campaigns at our TikTok agency, building and maintaining relationships with creators and brands, running agency-initiated campaigns, seller campaigns, and global campaigns through the TikTok Partner Centre, and coordinating marketing activities across social commerce platforms. The role focuses on developing promotional strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and supporting TikTok seller and affiliate marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales performance.



Key Responsibilities


Creator & Influencer Management
Identify, recruit, and manage content creators and influencers for product promotion campaigns.
Maintain relationships with creators and ensure effective collaboration between brands, sellers, and creators.
Manage creator partnerships, agreements, and campaign participation.
Campaign Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns for product promotion at TikTok agency.
Effective communication with brands and sellers to design effective promotional strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Brand & Seller Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between brands, sellers, and content creators.
Coordinate product samples and promotional materials between sellers and creators.
Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and platform policies.
Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Prepare performance reports for internal teams and partner brands.
Provide recommendations to improve future marketing campaigns.


Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing, HR, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management is beneficial (Full training will be provided)
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
