Are you calm, confident and passionate about helping young people succeed?
Schools across Warwickshire are urgently looking for Behaviour Mentors who can support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
These roles suit people from backgrounds such as:
Youth work
Coaching/ Tutoring
Mental health support
Pastoral roles
Support work
PRU / SEMH experience
Graduates looking for experience in education e.g. Psychology, sport coaching, mental health, support work, healthcare, core subjects.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Building positive, trusting relationships
Encouraging engagement, resilience and progress
Being a consistent role model for young people who really need one
What we’re looking for:
Resilience and empathy
Strong behaviour management
Ability to stay calm under pressure
A positive, supportive approach
Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
